About the Founder
Jennifer Sorensen Founder & Principal Consultant
Jennifer Sorensen has spent her entire career championing the development of people and organizations. She sees organizations as living systems, shaped by their people, where efficiency and effectiveness are in constant interplay. Jennifer partners with leaders to navigate this complexity using human-centric solutions that cultivate healthy, aligned organizations. Her career spans diverse industries and companies of all sizes, giving her a deep perspective on the challenges and opportunities organizations face. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, along with credentials in project and change management (MCMP/CCMP, PMP) and assessments (CoreStrengths SDI, Predictive Index). Jennifer enjoys equipping emerging leaders as an adjunct professor at Vanguard University and draws inspiration from the people in her life and her travels around the world.
